Voiceless Social Awarness Campaign

Voiceless is a social awareness campaign that was created to partner with the ASPCA and raise awarness for the millions of animals who experience any kind of abuse in America alone. The advertisements make the make viewer aware and reminds them that animals don't have a voice where they can speak up and ask for help. The purpose is to tug at people's heart strings and encourage them to be observant and look out for those who are voiceless. A black, gray, and white theme was used to show the seriousness of the campaign.

The first advertisement in the campaign is a poster made to be displayed around cities or in high traffic areas where the most people could see it. The poster contains information about the number of animals abused and what kind of abuse they endure. The percentages were incorporated to show the most violent forms of abuse, but also to educate the viewer that there is more than one type of abuse that animals can be a victim of. The bottom of the poster contains the slogan of the company and a call to action, so if anyone knows of an animal being abused, they can call the number or go to the website listed.

The second advertisement in the campaign is a single page magazine spread. The goal with this advertisement was to make the viewer think and realize that animals can't survive as long as humans can without a suffucient food or water source when left alone. The image used is unpleasant to look at but is needed to show the severity of some cases of abuse. The same slogan and call to action is used.

The final advertisement of the campaign is a 2 page magazine spread. The spread goes more along with the title of the campaign as it features a muzzled dog being unmuted by a person who spoke up for them in a time of need. This advertisement takes a less harsh approach in contrast to the previous advertisement but still offers important information and gets the message across. The same slogan and call to action was also used at the bottom of the right page.
